Homemade is happiness! The load of nutrients and fiber makes this chips a lot healthier than ordinary potato chips!
- two red beets
- 1 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoonsea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon of dill powder
- Wash the beets.
- Cut tops off.
- Slice the beets as thin as possible, just like how chips looks like
- Cover the beets with oil, garlic powder and dill powder.
- Place on the rack and set to dry at 50° C (130° F) for about 10-12 hours.
