Raw Carrot Soup
This soup is surprisingly simple and quick to make. It’s a healthy, raw and vegan friendly soup that is nourishing and comforting. This soup uses cashews for the cream base and has a lovely creamy texture. The soup can be warmed up by leaving the blender on for 5 to 6 minutes.
Shelf life: Eat immediately
Time: 5-7 minutes
- 130 gr carrots
- 50 gr cashews
- 80ml water
- ½ tsp seasalt
- Put all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Let the blender run for 5 to 6 minutes if you wish to warm up your soup.
- Transfer the soup into a bowl.
- Sprinkle it with garnish e.g. grated carrots, pepper, paprika or hot chili powder. Enjoy your soup immediately!
