Vegan Banana Churros

These banana churros are flourless and are wheat and gluten-free! The banana is one of the most versatile fruits and this recipe shows how you can make delicious vegan banana Churros. This recipe requires a dehydrator or an oven.

 

Ingredients:

3 medium sized bananas

2 tbsp cinnamon powder

5 tbp maple syrup

5 tsps organic whole-cane sugar

Steps:

1.Add the maple syrup and organic cane sugar in a bowl and mix. Add cinnamon powder afterwards and mix again.

2.Take the bananas and peel them. Marinate the bananas in the maple syrup mixture and leave for one hour.

3.Place the bananas in the dehydrator and dehydrate at 42 C for 12 to 18 hours. After the bananas are done you can pour the left over syrup mixture over the bananas.
