Strawberry coconut juice

Give yourself a boost of Omega 3 fatty acids (ALA), containing twice as much as fish oil. Adding coconut milk helps protect the body from infections and viruses. The strawberries and blueberries gives the juice a richly bright color and brings an exactly good amount sweetness to it.

Tip: this recipe is highly recommended for children. The omega 3 fatty acids from linseed aids in the growth and development of children.

½ glass of coconut milk
10 strawberries
Hand full of blueberries
1 tbsp. linseed
1 tbsp. cinnamon powder
